All class bookings are non-refundable. Where possible, we will offer an alternative class or extra session instead of a refund.
If a participant is unable to attend due to illness, no refund will be given. An alternative class date or extra session will be offered where available.
In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved by Silk&Cells, it may take until the end of the current booking period to be processed (up to 10 classes or approximately 3–4 weeks).
Missed classes due to holidays, personal commitments, or changes of mind are not eligible for a refund.
We ask all participants and parents to take care when attending Silk&Cells classes. Participation is at your own risk, and all instructions from coaches must be followed to help ensure a safe environment for everyone.
